It seems natural to pay for a pint when you go out. On the other hand, contributing financially to an app like Weezem, which enables you to widen your circle of friends, seems less natural.

Yet this app has value: it enables everyone, without discrimination or selection, to go out and make new friends. It has a real positive impact on the morale of its users.

Weezem is expensive to develop (several tens of thousands of euros) and to maintain over time (several hundred euros per month). Weezem is not yet generating revenues that would allow the project to be sustained, nor its founder to make a living from it.
