At Weezem, we attach the utmost importance to the protection of minors and the fight against any form of sexual exploitation or abuse. This policy sets out the measures we have put in place to guarantee the security of our platform and prevent any illicit behavior related to sexual abuse content on minors.
1. Prohibition on use of the platform by minors
Use of the Weezem platform is strictly reserved for adults (aged 18 and over). Whencreating an account, users must confirm their age. In the event of detection of an account opened by a minor following a false declaration of age, the account will be immediately deleted without notice.
2. Prohibition of all illicit content, including sexual abuse of minors
Weezem formally prohibits the use of the platform to post, share or exchange any illicit content, including content involving the sexual abuse of minors.
Any user using the platform to post or exchange content involving sexual abuse of minors will have his or her account deleted immediately and without notice, including when the content is shared privately between users or via external tools whose content is posted from the platform. This content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Immediate deletion of any content involving sexual abuse of minors
Weezem has a zero-tolerance policy towards content involving sexual abuse of minors. Any such content detected by our moderation systems or reported by users will be deletedi mmediately. A procedure for reporting to the authorities will be initiated immediately.
4. Reporting tools available to users
Weezem provides users with tools for reporting inappropriate or illicit content, in particular content involving sexual abuse of minors. A“Report” button is available within the application to facilitate the reporting of inappropriate content. Users can also contact us directly by email at contact@weezem.com to report any abuse.
5. Reporting to the competent authorities
In accordance with our commitments and current legislation, any content or user identified as being involved in the dissemination of sexual abuse of minors will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We work with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to ensure a rapid and effective response. The report will include all relevant information identifying the user concerned.
6. Compliance with laws concerning the protection of minors
Weezem undertakes to comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of minors, in particular:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) in force in France and the EuropeanUnion.
- TheChildren's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, which imposes strict rules regarding the collection of children's personal data.
